Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Here’s how our shipping works:

• Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 10 to 15 business days of purchase.
• Delivery Time:
  
  • Express Shipping: 8 to 14 days from dispatch.
  • Normal Shipping: Up to 25 days from dispatch.
• Shipping Costs: Costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance (for international orders) or unforeseen delays. Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid issues.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s what to expect:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and retains all original tags and labels. Used items will not be accepted.
• How to Return:
  
  1. Contact us at +353892683861 or saanah.fashion@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Securely package the item with all tags and labels intact, and include the RAN.
  3. Ship the item back to our Ireland office at Villa rosa 2 aspen close view mount Dunmore road waterford. Note: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Inspection & Refunds: Once your return is received at our Ireland office, our team will inspect the parcel. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Used items or those missing tags/labels will not be accepted for return.

For defective or damaged items, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (e.g., photos), and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
